Georgia Ridley is the Infrastructure Programme Delivery Lead at Portsmouth Naval Base, where she is responsible for the planning and execution of critical infrastructure projects supporting frontline naval capability. With a background in Business Consultancy and commercial aviation, she joined the Ministry of Defence in 2021.

Since taking on her current role in April 2025, she has driven a step change in delivery performance, successfully doubling investment across the Naval Base while maintaining operational readiness. The infrastructure programme Georgia leads is diverse and continues to grow, spanning roads, buildings, supporting services, and waterfront assets—many of which are listed and of significant historical importance.
